 Our Investigative Staff consists of 10 highly trained Licensed Private Investigators experienced in all phases of investigations and courtroom testimony.  Many of our Investigators have been employed by Ortino Investigations for years and are Instructors for the now required course for Private Investigator licensing in the State of Florida.  With over 250 years of Investigative and Law Enforcement experience, we can provide you with the most professional quality of service available on the market today.  Victor P. Ortino, owner of Ortino Investigations, is a Licensed Private Investigator serving Southwest Florida since 1984.  He is a Veteran  of United States Air Force (Law Enforcement Officer), Former Florida State Trooper, Certified Process Server, Martial Arts Instructor holding a 6th Degree Black Belt, and a Commercial Pilot/Multi Engine Instrument Rated. He has experience in all phases of civil and criminal investigations including surveillance, locating missing persons, videotaping, process service, and asset searches.
